Join our Energetic Resets group once a month and connect with a group of like minded people committed to re-centering and uplifting in community.
This experience is designed to bring your body, mind, and spirit into balance. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, this community is here to support your journey toward inner peace and holistic well-being.
Join us once a month for a 45 minute group class, guided by Marni, to reset your energy and reconnect with yourself and community. We use a combination of guided mediation, breath work, and chanting to reset the energy, followed by 15 minutes of group coaching and debriefs
What’s included:
Monthly virtual meet ups: We meet monthly for a 30 minute energy reset class + 15 minutes of group discussion / hot seat coaching. Through guided meditation, breath work, and uplifting chanting, we create a safe space to release tension and rejuvenate your spirit.
Replays: You have access to the replays of each month’s reset class
Online community: We connect throughout the month the celebrate and support each other via a whatsapp group!
Weekly Prompts: In between sessions Marni will send weekly check ins and prompts to support the energy of the collective!

Live sessions: 2nd Tuesday of the month 6pm Est starting December (subject to change based on membership needs)
