Yoga & Mindfulness Classes
Join Marni for the replay of the live 1 hour and 15 min upbeat yoga class focussed on the “Heart Chakra” energy center with music and inspiration from Whitney Houston.
We’ll be working the energy center associated with calm, serenity, balance, compassion, and love - the heart chakra (Anahata). We’ll use pranayama (breath), vinyasa (flow), and meditation throughout the class as we dance and flow through identifying our truest nature.
What to expect: (subject to change based on the flow of the class)
15 min - Breathing / Pranayama designed for heart-opening and self-nurturing
40 min- Asana focused on chest opening, twisting, and postures to nurture our bodies and open our hearts center
10 min - Chanting to promote self-love, nurturing, and heart-opening
5 min - Guided visualization / Shavasana designed to integrate the practice and open us up to receiving love, and activating and healing our hearts center
Who should come: Anyone interested in connecting with themselves and their heart chakra energy, Whitney fans, and anyone looking to connect and flow. Recommended for people who have practiced yoga before (intermediate to advanced practitioners) though all levels are welcome to come and do what you can.
Considerations
Before class: Please show up a couple of minutes before class starts to be let in from the waiting room and to connect with other participants
Directly after class: If possible, consider giving yourself 10-15 minutes after class to integrate/take your time / chat with other participants, etc. before jumping back into work or other obligations.

Ms. Parton inspires us all to find our personal power - so with this in mind we’ll be working the energy center associated with personal power and strength- the solar plexus (manipura). We’ll use pranayama (breath), vinyasa (flow), and meditation throughout the class as we dance and flow through identifying our truest nature.
What to expect:
15 min - Breathing / Pranayama designed to build internal fire and balance
40 min- Asana focussed on core, twisting, and building heat to activate the Solar Plexus energy center
10 min- Pranayama / Chanting to cool and balance the system post asana practice
5 min- Guided visualization / Shavasana designed to integrate the practice and consciously activate personal power
